When Sirens Sound...
Seek High Ground

Seven sirens have been installed in the Boise Foothills to warn residents of flash flooding. The sirens will warn residents living along Cottonwood, Hulls, Crane and Stuart gulches. The locations of the sirens are listed below. The sirens will be tested at noon on the first Saturday of each month. They will sound for about 30 seconds. During an actual emergency the tone will last for three minutes. If you have questions about these sirens please call the Ada City-County Emergency Management Office at 577-4750.
