Home Hazards Prepare Plans Training Links Training and Exercise ProgramsThe Ada City-County Emergency Management (ACCEM) training and exercise programs are administered by the Training & Exercise Officer, in coordination with the Ada County Local Emergency Planning Committee, the Ada County Strategic Training Plan Committee, local Law Enforcement, Fire Departments, Ada County Paramedics, Central District Health Department, Boise Airport, and additional local emergency response agencies. ACCEM is committed to offering training in the Treasure Valley focused on accomplishing the priorities identified in the ACCEM Training & Exercises Plan (TEP), 2008-2010 by pursuing innovative training and designing realistic exercises; both to enhance planning efforts and improve multiagency prevention and response capabilities. The training and exercise agenda described in the TEP is mandatory for all local response agencies receiving homeland security funds through ACCEM and the Idaho Bureau of Homeland Security (BHS). This plan helps prepare Ada County to optimally address the natural, technological, and security hazards that it faces. If you know of an event which should be listed here or added to the TEP Calendar, please contact (577-4750) with details.
